Is Elivra free to use?
Yes! Elivra offers a free tier that includes event creation, guest management, digital invitations, and RSVP tracking. You can start planning your event without any cost.
What types of events can I manage with Elivra?
Elivra supports all types of celebrations including weddings, receptions, birthday parties, anniversaries, baby showers, corporate events, graduations, memorial services, and more.
Invitations & RSVPs
How do guests receive their invitations?
Guests receive personalized email invitations with a unique link to your event page. They can view event details, RSVP, and download their invite card with a QR code.
Can guests download their invitation?
Yes! After RSVPing, guests can download a beautiful invite card that includes their name, table assignment, and a unique QR code for check-in at the venue.
How do RSVP reminders work?
You can send automated reminders to guests who haven't responded yet. Set custom reminder schedules to maximize your response rate.
Guest Management
Can I import my guest list?
Yes! You can import guests from CSV or Excel files. You can also add guests manually one by one.
How do I assign guests to tables?
Use the Tables section in your dashboard to create tables with custom names and capacities. Then assign guests to tables from the guest list or table management views.
Can guests bring plus-ones?
You can configure whether guests are allowed to bring plus-ones when sending invitations. This setting can be customized per event.
QR Code & Check-in
How does QR code check-in work?
Each guest's invite card contains a unique QR code. At the venue, use Elivra's built-in QR scanner to instantly verify guests, confirm their attendance, and display their table assignment.
Do I need special equipment for QR scanning?
No special equipment needed! The QR scanner works on any smartphone or tablet with a camera. Just open the scanner in your browser.
Account & Privacy
How is my data protected?
We take data privacy seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your personal information or guest data with third parties.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion at any time. This will permanently remove all your events, guest lists, and associated data.
